Sam is a 5 month old Lhasa Apso which was given to my friend as a birthday present from her parents. Bea needed to go to Las Piñas for a weekend long vacation (plus Monday for the last day of Ramadan). She GMed everyone she knew, including me, that Sam needed a place to stay because she can't bring the dog because of some issues. I happily volunteered; and my parents and grandparents agreed.

Sam, my friends Bea's dog, was officially at our home. Bea, Sam and I commuted via GPexpress van. As a natural response, my little sisters and cousins came squirming in at him. Then, Bea and I left Sam to the hands of my mataray little sis and left to ate dinner. After that, I came back and found my little pipsqueak companion toyed and taken cared of at the same time. Haha! I knew my cousins and sisters would love him!

September 19, 2009 Saturday
My little sisters and I were supposed to jog with Sam early in the morning. But no one got the chance to wake up early so the plan was canceled. My cousins fed Sam since I woke up late. When I woke up, I forced him to drink his food supplement. And it was harder than it looks. He kept on breaking free from my grip and would constantly scratch and whimper all the while but I managed to make him drink it. Then I started cleaning the terrace for Sam's tambayan and I ended up cleaning the whole second floor. A bit tiring, yes, but worth it.
Around 5pm, I brought Sam with me when I returned my friend's laptop. My arms kept on aching from carrying Sam all over.

I had to take a bath and apparently he didn't like it so much. The taking a bath part was alright, but the drying?! Don't get me started. It almost took me 2 hours(!) just to get his fur all dried up.
In the afternoon, we took Sam at SM City Lucena. There were so many people at the mall because of the three day sale and most of them were looking at Sam (bano! whaha joke lang!). We ate at Tokyo Tokyo (California Maki yum!) and just roamed around.
After that, we heard mass and everyone keeps staring at Sam. It's like dogs are tabooed at the church. Well they aren't! They are still God's creation. Duh!
When night fell, I had this crazy idea to have my own Caramel Dance Video (

September 21, 2009 Monday
This was the day! The day that Sam will np longer be mine. huhuhuh :'( I had fun though. The experience was surreal and it made me feel responsible and all. I really wanted a dog. But I think I'll have one, or two, when I have my own house. Don't want my sisters and cousins to meddle with him/her.
Well that about sums it up! I'm missing Sam right now. awww Just check the pictures on

I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems scary and wierd. It'll happen to you." - Abe Simpson
